The Roth Fence Company was established in 1970. Sean and Scott Roth, third
generation in the fence industry, saw a growing need for hidden out-of-sight
fencing. They developed 'S&S Enterprises of the Midwest' to feature Dog Guard
Out-of-Sight fencing. Sean and Scott have grown up in the fence industry with
customer service, satisfaction and quality products being their top priorities;
so getting in the hidden electronic pet containment industry was as simple as
adding another name to their shirts.
